Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it

  • It must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you:

  • A return shipping label

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at ivan.acosta1013@gmail.com so we can make it right as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, just send us a message—we’re glad to clarify before you order.


Exchanges

The easiest way to get a different item is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order once the return is approved

This helps us get the replacement to you faster.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Items must be returned:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing typically takes up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
